At The Captician, we understand the struggle of keeping your favourite hats clean and in their best shape. It's a problem that many of us face, which is why we are dedicated to providing a solution.

Our story began with a personal challenge. Abi, the founder, tried every cleaning method, from using the washing machine, random tips found online and scrubbing based hat cleaners but nothing worked without damaging her hats.

It wasn't until she trained as carpet and upholstery technician that she discovered the science behind cleaning fabrics. With this knowledge, she realized she could clean her stack of dirty caps without damaging there shape, colour or fabric.

As Abi began to restore her friends' hats, word quickly spread, and soon started offering a drop-off and collection service at local streetwear shops.

This gave insight into the difficulties other cap wearers were facing. To help people worldwide, not just in her local city keep their hats clean, she created her first product: The Captician stain removal kit.
